Storm and Disaster Damage Restoration

Very professional and very through and customer friendly. Excellent service and they were very knowledgeable about the restoration work needed. The tech (WILL) did a great job in drying out the walls and floor that were damaged by a water leak from a hot water heater. The owner (DIEDRA) showed up to help and oversee the packing of furniture into a container and then came back 8 months later to unpack and place the furniture back in the house. Outstanding service from everyone involved in the operation, including the office coordinator (SELENA). Would very highly recommend this company for any restoration involving fire,water, or smoke damage including carpet cleaning. Thanks guys for a job well done 😄👍

What we liked most was the professionalism and the courteousness of everyone involved. Selena really made us, particularly me, feel like Service Masters really cared about what was going on. I really called her a lot (in retrospect, probably too much). But she never made me feel like I was a burden. She was actually my lifeline. The gentlemen who put down the fans (I did not get their names) were equally compassionate and professional. They checked the fans, and checked the fans, and … checked the fans. They were really thorough and explained every step to us as to what they were doing and why. Then you have the lady and gentleman (again, I did not get their names) who removed furniture and carpet. Wow!! Just watching them was amazing. They cleared everything out in no time and they, too, were professional and courteous. They also explained what they were doing and why. Service Masters has a PHENOMENAL team working for them. I just can’t brag on them enough. THANK YOU ALL!!

I recently had my carpet cleaned by ServiceMaster of Savannah and could not be more pleased. They not only showed up on time, but were 10 minutes early and were extremely polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. They got right to work and my carpet looks amazing!
