What we liked most was the professionalism and the courteousness of everyone involved. Selena really made us, particularly me, feel like Service Masters really cared about what was going on. I really called her a lot (in retrospect, probably too much). But she never made me feel like I was a burden. She was actually my lifeline. They were really thorough and explained every step to us as to what they were doing and why. Then you have the lady and gentleman (again, I did not get their names) who removed furniture and carpet.
