What we liked most was the professionalism and the courteousness of everyone involved. Selena really made us, particularly me, feel like Service Masters really cared about what was going on. I really called her a lot (in retrospect, probably too much). But she never made me feel like I was a burden. She was actually my lifeline. The gentlemen who put down the fans (I did not get their names) were equally compassionate and professional. They checked the fans, and checked the fans, and … checked the fans. They were really thorough and explained every step to us as to what they were doing and why. Then you have the lady and gentleman (again, I did not get their names) who removed furniture and carpet. Wow!! Just watching them was amazing. They cleared everything out in no time and they, too, were professional and courteous. They also explained what they were doing and why. Service Masters has a PHENOMENAL team working for them. I just can’t brag on them enough. THANK YOU ALL!!
